Gun Racks Plus offers the following Returns Policy:

Pay using PayPal. Paypal accepts credit cards (without an account). We also accept money orders. Item will be shipped after payment has cleared. We can only ship to your confirmed address. Payment must be made immediately. All Items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 business days following receipt of payment. We only ship UPS Ground to US Lower 48 states. (We will ship to Canada only if buyer contacts us before purchasing via e-mail with address so that a shipping quote can be obtained.) We can only ship to the confirmed address Paypal provides to us. Make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. This is for your protection and stops Fraud. All orders are shipped UPS Ground and delivery normally takes 2-8 business days. This is only an estimate; delivery may take longer. Shipping Policies are not negotiable and apply separately to all items purchased.  For Returns you must notify us via e-mail within 7 days of the delivery date. We will respond with a return number that you must have to return your item. Return Items must have all original packaging and accessories. Return postage and insurance is non-refundable for return items. Returns will only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given for any reason, unless the item is unexpectedly out of stock.
